Theresa Mount is a certified Pathologists’ Assistant and health educator dedicated to bridging the gap between complex medical research and the everyday menopause experience.
With a Master of Science from the University of Maryland School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Science from The University of Texas at Austin, Theresa spent years studying the cellular and systemic changes in the human body before founding MenoHello.
My Mission at MenoHello Theresa’s work is driven by a passion for health literacy. She leverages her background in pathology to dissect complex clinical trials and hormone research, translating them into actionable, evidence-based guidance. Her goal is to strip away the confusion surrounding perimenopause and menopause, empowering women to make informed decisions about their health.
